About Sally Measom

I was born in 1968 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and spent the first 11 years there before moving to Derbyshire.

I now live in the beautiful Peak District, close to the home of the Bakewell pudding and a stone’s throw from Chatsworth House.

Developing people and helping them in their lives is what gets me out of bed in the morning, watching them learn, change and grow is a privilege.

I have three children, one divorce, one new husband, and two dead parents and have had countless house moves and job changes, experiences that have all been translated into this book.

This is my first book, and I am proud that I can now finally call myself a writer having started writing seriously four years ago, it is a label I want to own.
