I was born in 1968 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and spent the first 11 years there before moving to Derbyshire and I am now a recent incomer to Northumberland.
I enjoy walking, thinking, and writing on the beautiful beaches in this endlessly uplifting landscape.
I have three children who I am immensely proud of, and one seasick husband who is slowly getting used to being married to “writer wife,” and the obsession that comes with her!
